About this house rental
This modern and lovingly furnished vacation home is located on our property. It’s situated behind our house. It measures approximately 60 m², sleeps up to 4 people, and features a small entryway, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (140/160 x 200), a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area offering a direct view of the countryside and the forest, as well as a terrace. Here, you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet during the summer. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The location of our vacation home is ideal for hiking, motorcycling, and cycling enthusiasts. There are many biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The winding roads in our region are popular with motorcyclists. In the summer, the heated outdoor pool in Unterwellenborn is just a 300-meter walk away and is perfect for swimming and splashing around. The sights in the neighboring towns of Saalfeld and Rudolstadt, as well as the Hohenwarte Reservoir (Thuringian Sea), are always worth a visit.
