Experience modern comfort in this ideally located 2-bedroom gem on Queenstown Hill. Situated on a quiet street, this property offers both privacy and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable getaway.
The Space
A studio home on a single level, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to full lake and mountain views unobstructed from living room and both bedrooms.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with lake and mountain views.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and beautiful views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, built-in extractor fan, inverter microwave, fridge/freezer, barista coffee machine (coffee beans not supplied).

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Such a great place to stay ! We were there for 6 nights and loved it. The house was lovely and the view amazing! The drive into town was only a few minutes. It was nice to leave the hussle of town and get back to our quiet house. It just had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Magic views. House is very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the washing machine. No one’s fault- but that was the only thing that stopped this being a 5 star rating. I would stay again!

Simply stunning views of the Remarkables! A real highlight was having a cuppa on the deck before heading out for the day. The house was extremely clean and well equipped for self catering, however we didn't. Heaps of heating so never felt cold at home. Beds on the firm side. Great shower pressure and so warm after being out in the cold wind. The location was great. Less than 10 mins to town centre where there is some free street parking but mostly paid parking and plenty of it. Highly recommend this house. Exactly as advertised. Hint for driveway...... it's very steep and needs to be accessed from left hand side of road so drive all the way to end of cul-de-sac and come back to it.
