About this apartment rental
This cozy, light-filled 45-square-meter vacation apartment on the garden level of a single-family home in the resort town of Tieringen can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Quietly located on a cul-de-sac with a southwest-facing terrace, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in the Swabian Alb.
Families, couples, solo travelers, and service technicians are all welcome.
The vacation rental consists of a bedroom, a living/dining room with an open-concept kitchen, and a separate bathroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), a closet with hangers, and a smart TV.
The pull-out sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping space. Upon request, a travel crib for children can be set up in the bedroom.
The living area is furnished with a sofa and a dining area that seats four. A high chair can be provided upon request. A small bookshelf with a selection of various books invites you to browse.
The kitchen features 4 ceramic cooktops, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a French press, and a dishwasher. Spices, coffee, cleaning supplies, and a vacuum cleaner are provided free of charge.
The bathroom, which has natural light, is equipped with a sink with a mirror cabinet, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
A small storage room provides space for groceries.
Access to the apartment (separate entrance) is via a staircase from the free parking space on the property.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available on the property.
The apartment’s private terrace is equipped with patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, a parasol, and an electric grill. Right next to the terrace is a play structure with a sandbox for children ages 3–10.
We live in the house where the vacation rental is located and are always available to answer any questions.
Feel free to ask us at any time for tips on day trips and recommendations for hiking trails or bike tours. You’re welcome to store bicycles, strollers, or skis in our basement during your stay.
The resort town of Tieringen is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities.
About 500 meters from the vacation rental, you’ll find a barefoot trail as well as the starting point for beautiful panoramic hikes.
The beautiful Danube Valley, Sigmaringen Castle, Lake Constance, and the historic city center of Tübingen are all about a 45-minute drive away.
