Conimicut Point Park is accessible for boats, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy water sports, like fishing, kayaking, sailing, and more. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils, included to prepare all your meals at your stay. New appliances, includes a Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. You can enjoy movies and your favorite tv shows in one of our two 55-inch TV's. We offer various board games to play with family and friends. The house was clean and just as advertised, the host was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to lock the door. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and the location was great! We would stay there again!I also really loved the vanity, it was very useful, especially since there's only one bathroom.

The host Kari was extremely responsive and helpful. And her rental felt very welcoming. It was clean and spotless, had cozy throw blankets and comfy bedding, and a kitchen stocked with dishware, pans and basic spices.

We enjoyed our stay, and communications with the host were timely and clear. The house was well appointed. Would definitely like to come back someday during warmer weather.
