I like the big kitchen, lots of rooms, especially the view. The inside of the house is clean but quite dirty outside the house. Complete with amenities. The only thing which I don't like is the access code, which was given wrong, so we waited and get the right code to be given to us. The house where it is also situated, is a bit steep, so it is hard for a big car to get in and out. Also, the other screen door at the back was not closing.

It is a beautiful building and suited our purposes well. The price was competitive. The facilities were excellent. The check in was pretty scary. Nobody could work out how to use the keypad, and phone calls to the owner were not picked up. This was scary at 4.00pm on a cold late afternoon. Phone calls to Stayz took a while and they said they would try and contact the owner. At one stage they were talking about finding alternative accommodation. Eventually he responsed and access was possible. I think when people arrive, if they are not met in person HE NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE BY PHONE!The place was superficially clean but it needs deep clean around the places where dust accumulates. There was food left in the oven. There was dust under most beds. There were no tea towels. This was quickly remedied, to be fair.
