About this apartment rental
Apartament Centrum Szczecin is a spacious, modernly furnished apartment exclusively for non-smokers who value cleanliness and quiet, located right in the heart of Szczecin in a building on a gated property on the third floor without an elevator or balcony. It is intended for a maximum of two adults without children, with the option to sleep only in the bedroom.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
We issue invoices for your stay in paper or electronic form
The refundable security deposit for any damage that may occur during your stay in the apartment is 100 € or 400 PLN and must be paid in cash when the apartment keys are handed over.
Living area: 56 m².
Two bright rooms on the south side with a view of Plac Lotników and the Colleoni Monument:
1. Living room with a comfortable sofa set featuring a chaise longue and a 55-inch TV with Android system
2. Separate bedroom with a second TV, a desk, a 160-cm-wide double bed, and a 200 x 200-cm duvet.
In addition:
3. Fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, a large refrigerator, and a built-in washing machine.
4. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and walk-in shower with a glass wall
5. Hallway with two spacious wardrobes featuring sliding doors with mirrors.
6. Wi-Fi internet (300 Mbit, 2.4 or 5.0 GHz) works flawlessly.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of: the so-called “Fountain Avenue” with numerous cafés and restaurants, the “Kaskada” Galeria shopping center, and a bus stop; it is just a few minutes’ walk from the “Galaxy” shopping center and tram stops.
Reservations are available for stays of 2 nights or more.
You also have the option of free parking for one car—by arrangement.
Coffee, tea, a drip coffee maker, mineral water, and a sweet treat are available to guests free of charge.
