About this apartment rental
We charge are pet friendly but I want to approve your pet and we charge a modest pet fee. We are located in horse country very near the Point Clear Polo Club. So it is not unusual to see horseback riders along the country roads. Our barn is a working barn and we also offer short term pasture board for horses that provide proof of vaccinations.
Down town Fairhope is about a 5-7 minute drive and The Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear is about a 3-5 drive. Owa is about 25 minutes away and Gulf shores/Orange beach is 45 to 50 minutes away.
Lakewood and Quail Creek Golf Courses are minutes away, and there are countless restaurants near by.

When I booked, Mary Louise was extremely prompt in getting in touch with me. The location was perfect for attending an event at The Grand Hotel, without getting caught in the traffic in downtown Fairhope, although getting to town was easy and less than a 10 minute drive. The unit was as pictured in the listing, although a little larger than I thought it would be, and spotlessly clean. The dressing table with mirror in the bedroom was a very nice touch. Despite the heat and humidity of the area, the unit was cool and very comfortable when we arrived and throughout our stay. The setting was beautiful, very quiet at night, and with no ground lights to obscure the stars. We hope to return in the fall, when we can enjoy the outdoor spaces around the unit and the horses in the pasture. Mary Louise was available in case we needed anything.

Relaxing, quiet, pastoral setting but close to most attractions. It’s very comfortable spot and you even see beautiful horses.
