The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.
You will see why our guests come back year after year.
Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.
If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM (lake mile marker) in the center of everything.
There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

Six adults and 4 children had the amazing opportunity to stay at this property for a long weekend to spend time with family and could not have loved it more. Irma had excellent communication and from the moment we entered the house we felt extremely welcomed with thoughtful gifts she’d left for us. We are about 6 hours from the ozarks but if I have any say in it, we will come here for years to come.

The stay was excellent. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Ourselves and our adult children all thoroughly enjoyed the home. Each couple having their own room complete with bathroom and balcony was a wonderful scenario. The "kids" having their own fridge in their rooms was also great. We especially loved the hot tub and spectacular views from the main deck! Irma was great with communication and checking in on us. She was so thoughtful, leaving us snacks & special gifts. They went above & beyond as hosts!! The only thing to note staying here, which was in no way the fault of our wonderful hosts, is that even tho it's mentioned there is a shuttle to & fro the resort hotel and the hotel reception had told Irma it wouldn't be a problem, the hotel would NOT accommodate us with the shuttle, even when a family member staying at the hotel needed a ride back from the house. After a few separate requests for a shuttle & being told they do not provide that service to us,, we gave up on that & had to drive back & forth multiple times & parking at the hotel was pretty horrendous. We loved having access to the private community pool & utilized that a few times. Much nicer than dealing with the overcrowded pool at the resort and when the hotel pool shut down during a power outage. I am VERY happy we chose he perfect house & hosts rather than staying at the hotel! Thank you Irma!
