Orme Tram View is a Grade II listed Victorian holiday home at the foot of the Great Orme in Llandudno. Sleeping up to 11 guests across six bedrooms, it offers plenty of space for families and groups, with three bathrooms, a cinema room, spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, plus an enclosed rear courtyard.
The Great Orme Tramway passes directly by the house, with Victoria Station just moments away. The beach, promenade, shops, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Bedrooms include four doubles, a twin room and an additional floor-futon sleeping space. The house is arranged over three floors and there is no ground-floor bedroom or bathroom, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, and parking is available for one car.

Lovely property, very well laid out and furnished, and well-fitted out with everything you might need for your stay. Two terraces, a large living area and separate dining area meaning plenty of space for everyone, plus well designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic location within walking distance of beach, shops, cafes/pubs, train station and the Great Orme (walking or tram), perfect for the holiday. Owners extremely responsive and helpful - even when we had an accident and had to get in touch. Highly recommended.
