About this cabin rental
All new flooring-Rustic but functional!! Paved parking up to cabin with 3 steps into cabin. Enjoy Wifi/smart flat screen TV's in both den's & bedrooms for streaming your own services, sleeps 8-2 bedrooms with queen beds in each and a sofa sleeper in den suitable for children but not adults, full kitchen, washer & dryer, ceiling fans and updated lighting.There's gas logs in the second den area for seasonal use October-March. Also, the second den has a trundle bed(2 twins). Centrally located just off the Parkway between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Just far enough out of town for privacy but close enough for delivery services(pizza)!!

Owner is a very nice and willing to help make your stay comfortable.Very nice beds. I usually don't sleep well from home. But I was able to go to sleep fairly fast. Having tvs in all the sleeping areas worked for all of us. Grandson was really happy to have a tv to where her could watch his own thing. Before going to sleep

The cabin was perfect for my little family. Our sons absolutely loved the game room. We will be booking again.

The cabin itself was very dated. The front and back deck both need to be pressure-washed, cleaned and restained. It rained quite a bit while we were there and we slipped on the decks several times due to lack of maintenance. the inside of the cabin was charming, but there were several cracks in the cross beam, walls and in the flooring that raised some concerns about structural integrity of the cabin. the back half of the house is literally sloping down at about a 10 degree grade. There were also dead bees on the floor near the back of the house when we first arrived and we had one get into the house through one of the back windows during our stay. The frame of the sofa bed just about broke when one of us tried to sit on it and the chairs and tables on the back deck were covered in a layer of grime and bird feces. The appliances worked just fine, but the stove was quite dated. The bathrooms were fine, but the tiles were cracked and in need of replacing and in need of regrouting in some places. The shower heads were also in need of major cleaning. The Wifi was excellent and the beds and sofa were quite comfy. The inside of the house, despite the dead bugs, was quite clean. I couldn't find dust anywhere. We also were provided with everything we needed to cook our food. The last thing I would note is that some of the surge protectors throughout the house heated up quite a bit when we used them to charge our phones.
