Enjoy all the comforts of home in this private and quiet community just 1 mile from the ocean! Super clean and meticulously cared for.
This year-round unit is the entire 1st floor above the garage with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, recently renovated bathroom with full size walk in shower, and a spacious deck. Condo is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home including central air, heat, NEW king mattress (spring 2025), washer/dryer, oversized garage, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
Linens, beach chairs, and a beach cart are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for beach towels. Guests will have access to outdoor heated salt water pool, clubhouse with game room and fitness room all with a card swipe left on the kitchen counter. Two adult bikes available in the garage for use.
Excellent location! Walking distance to several restaurants. Close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.
Check-in time is at 3 pm, check-out time is by 10 am

This was our first time renting here for girls week vacation and definitely will be back. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area but also close to many restaurants , beaches and shopping. The hosts were excellent with communicating and very friendly. Can not say anything negative about it. Brenda and Heidi

I met my friend for a girls weekend. This condo was perfect for the two of us. It was in a nice quiet location, but still close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described it was so private which was great. It was close to everything the beach was right down the street. If you had any questions Amy got back to you right away. We will definitely rent the condo again. Trish & Rob
