The property is great! It was the perfect location for our party of six plus a baby- but can easily accommodate more! The kitchen was stocked with any utensils and pans needed, and even some spices! The owners left a lovely book of recommendations for the island. It is in walking distance of downtown (15 minutes ish) but not in town.Totally family friendly house! Thank you for a lovely Nantucket vacation!

The house is very well designed and laid out. The owners have outfitted it nicely. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated effectively throughout the process. The negatives: It is not really close to town. It is a solid 1 mile walk. The house is also on a corner of a really busy street so walking on it feels less that safe. There is also quite a bit of street noise at all hours of the day and night.

Ashley and Nick’s home is a pure stunner-incredibly decorated-All 5 bdrms are suites and home has two master Brms. Everything in this home is perfect and so well thought out. Backyard patio, pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and gas fireplace was a treat- Indoor gas fireplace - all chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a two coolers for the beach. Easy walk into town. Beautiful porch with rocking chairs for a cocktail. Sonos in every room and pool area. I know I’m missing a lot. Amazing stay fantastic hosts.
