Property felt like a home away from home for our family. It had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We enjoyed watching movies together in the living room. Absolutely loved where the property was located too. It was a quick walk down the block over to the beach. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk around with our dog in. It was not far from major tourist stuff in PCB. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

There is a lot you need to know about this house.
Outside
Located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, very close.
Lawn needed to be mowed (foot high grass)
Picture looks nicer than reality
Thorny vine growing up by the door and by the end of the week it was blocking the upper part of the doorway
Living room/dining room
Spacious nicely decorated
Furniture not very comfortable/futon couch
Kitchen
Somewhat equipped
Coffee Filters not provided....no wonder, there WAS NO COFFEE MAKER. There was a Keurig. Sure wish we knew that, we would have brought K-cups from home and not a bag of coffee and filters per information given.
A light over the sink would have been nice at night
Bedroom
Needed more drawer space for clothes
Box packaging was in closet limiting storing of suitcases
Game room
Twin beds were more like one twin bed and one air mattress. The air mattress began losing air mid way through the week. This was really unfortunate that the owners couldn't replace the bed.
Bathroom
Not much counter space
Shower only that is a step up
Laundry
Nice washer and dryer
Everything worked
Plenty of hot water
AC was GREAT!
