Good location and helpful staff.

Room exactly as booked. And it was ready even though we arrived early (before checkin) at around 1pm.
One of us has a walking impediment, so the staff kindly offered a small step to facilitate entering the bathroom in our room.
Location was amazing, right in front of the station. Our room even overlooked the station which was nice. 2 Tram lines stop right outside, so reaching other parts of the city is quite easy.

Right opposite station- very convenient (don’t need to use underground passageway
Breakfast- choices and not very appealing or appetizing

Room was so hot and warm when we check in. And there was a crack on the coffee table. And there was leftover paper on the coffee table. The aircon took very long to cool the room.
