Welcome to 300 Munson Street! This charming ranch-style beach cottage in Country Club Estates offers a spacious, family-friendly and dog-friendly retreat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside, you'll enjoy an easy, open flow featuring Wi-Fi, a well-appointed kitchen with new cookware, updated bathrooms, and a private yard perfect for kids or your furry friend. Ideally located, the home sits just two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and four blocks from the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Additional conveniences include a private driveway, one-car garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, electronic keypad entry, a cozy sunroom, and a patio with seating and a fireplace. Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer. Linens are not included but available to rent. No smoking! This home is dog-friendly with a pet fee (one dog only).

This house is super nice. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also well stocked with appliances and paper products. The outdoor area was nice and semi-private and somehow not overrun by insects!The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but the walk to the beach is just a little bit longer than ideal (maybe 15 to 20 minutes).Generally speaking, the house is awesome and the price can't be beat.
