About this house rental
As this is a house and not a unit, you will have your own private space and no stairs to climb! All beds are made with linen and bath towels provided. You can walk in and everything is ready for you to just sit down and relax or head straight to the beach. You don't need to worry about keys with key-less self check-in. You will be cool in Summer and warm in Winter with ducted air-conditioning in each room.
Entertain yourself in the evening with a Samsung smart TV, Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, Stan (own login required) and unlimited fast WiFi.
Outside there is plenty of space for your pets and toddlers to roam around with a fully enclosed gated space where you can cook up a storm on the 3 burner gas BBQ.
Pack light as there is a 7kg washing machine, dryer and iron with a fixed clothes line and portable clothes hanger to catch the afternoon sun. There are parking spaces for 2 cars on site and additional free street parking right in front. Need groceries? Simply have them delivered to your front door whilst you are out and about.
There is a king bed and smart TV in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single trundle bed available. The living room has a double sized sofa bed.
The property is pet friendly, pets can be inside and sleep inside except pets are not allowed on the beds unless you bring your own bed linen. The yard is fully enclosed and includes a grass lawn. If you wish to bring more than 2 pets please enquire before making a booking.

We had a fantastic stay at Annie’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port Stephens!
Annie was a wonderful host who responded promptly to our messages throughout our stay. She also kindly allowed us a late check-out, which was very helpful and much appreciated.
The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus for our family. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was stocked with essentials like cooking oil, salt, and pepper, which saved us from having to buy full bottles for just one meal.
The location is amazing—just a 2-minute walk to the beach. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful sound of birds singing and were delighted to see rabbits hopping around the neighbourhood. We even managed to catch some fish while fishing at nearby Little Beach Jetty.
For dog owners, Bagnalls Dog Beach is only about a 10-minute drive away. Our dogs loved their walks there, while the kids enjoyed swimming and playing on the sand.
What impressed us most was how thoughtful Annie was in providing so many useful items for guests. The accommodation had DVDs, books, board games, insect repellent, umbrellas, beach chairs, and many other handy extras. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Thank you, Annie, for a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again when we return to Port Stephens!

Nice place, good communications with owner, easy access with my phone number, suitable yard for our little dog. One and only complaint - kitchen utensils needed washing before we could use them and we decided we didn't want to use the BBQ.

Stayed at the sandbar Nelson Bay . House was very clean and everything supplied. Could not fault anything.
