Lovely, modern, spacious, CLEAN, comfortable, Cecilia was there to meet us and walk us through things. We were set up and ready to go within a half hour. Beach towels, chairs etc...all there. Laundry...all there....loved the ice and water feature of the fridge. Location is ideal. Steps from the beach and promenade. Ice cream cones right across the street, and amazing Mexican food at the Taco Bus a few doors down. This spot is exceptional for being in the midst of it all. But it's quiet at night because of how the towers are positioned, so we had great sleeps.Pool area was divine...right on the Gulf. Postcard perfect.Everyone at the complex was friendly and engaging.Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were excellent and very easy to communicate with. The condo development is under construction (preplanned, and we were aware of it), and there were amenities made available to us to replace the missing amenities. Cecilia was extremely responsive to our needs and bent over backwards to ensure that we had a great experience.

Really impressed by the layout- renovated kitchen-the privateness of the bedrooms-washrooms- the welcoming couch-the layout of the family room- away from the bedrooms- unbelievable view via family thru the balconey windows witnessing the wonders of the gulf-with an array of boats - birds,jumping dophins and finally every night witnessing a great sunset- can’t wait to come again- John and Anna from Niagara in Canada!

The prefect spot on the beach! Halfway to everything up and down the Blvd. Condo was beautiful and clean, awesome view of sunsets over the Gulf. Very secure gated property great pool and lounging area. We'll be back!
