This house is the perfect vacation spot! You can't get a rental any closer to Seagull Beach (0.4 miles) than this fantastic location. This bright, pristine duplex has many amenities including high-speed WiFi in case you want to stay connected. Swimming and fishing are just a walk away! West Yarmouth is close to Hyannis and centrally located for all Cape attractions.
Enjoy this newly remodeled child friendly home with lots of light. The unit has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a full and twin size beds. Full closets in both bedrooms. The updated kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that you'll need, including a K-Cup coffee maker. There's central AC and heat, as well as a cool summer breeze if you choose to keep the windows open. The bathroom has also been updated and there's a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The open living room and dining room has a lovely fireplace that opens up onto a private patio. Enjoy the private outdoor space-- outdoor shower to wash up from a day at the beach and BBQ for some delicious grilling. There's parking for 2 cars on site. A third car may be accommodated upon request.

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend, as a family of 4. Spacious size for 2BR, and nice outdoor areas as well. Location is great for sea gull beach and a short drive to get to art. 28. Checkin and checkout were easy, we would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four loved our stay, we even extended a day. The walk to the beach was super easy and amazing in the morning time. The house was clean, newer couches and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jack was quick to respond.Only thing we didn’t realize was it was a duplex which ended up being fine, it was still private. Also with a two year old we had to be extra careful as the main road was right there.Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location is great and close to the beach. We loved the resident rabbits and it’s a quiet area. Strongly suggest using a laundry service for linens rather than requiring guests to launder. It could use some updates and repairs to finishes and better window coverings. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the bathroom could use a deep clean given the extra cleaning fee. Check in and check out was very easy.
