Character period cottage located in the village of Docking just 4 miles from North Norfolk coast. Many original features. 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests. Full oil fired central heating, double glazing. 2 double bedrooms upstairs and lounge /diner and fully fitted modern kitchen downstairs. Small courtyard garden and driveway. Many leisure facilities within walking distance (Pubs, restaurants, fishing lake, walks, cycling) as well as local village shop (open 7 days per week). Sandringham, Houghton Hall, Holkham Hall, Titchwell, Burnham Market all within a short drive.

Very clean and tidy property. Well equipped kitchen with instructions for using appliances. Private off road parking. Very quiet and peaceful.

Well. We have just returned home after one of the best holidays ever in such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful village of Docking.
Everything that we needed was available in the cottage, down a little sleepy road where all you could hear was the birds singing and a hare would often run pass on an evening. A faultless property and we can't wait to return in the near future.

This is a WONDERFUL cottage in the beautiful village of Docking, close to everywhere you'd want to be in Norfolk.From the friendly and helpful communication from the owner before we arrived, through to the easy checkout process, everything was perfect for our family-of-four stay.The cottage was exceptionally clean and had all that you would need and more for your holiday. A well-stocked kitchen with good appliances, a comfy living room, two good sized bedrooms with quality bedding and a spotless bathroom with an excellent shower.It's great to have your own parking space on the property, and there's even a small outdoor space at the front next to this to enjoy reading a book or watch the friendly robins and sparrows!As for the location, you're surrounded by beautiful countryside, and an impossible number of places to visit. An early morning walk will see you surrounded by Norfolk hares, deer and pheasants and a quick drive will take you to some of the best beaches in the UK.For a family, couple or solo traveller - Hollyhocks cottage is a perfect choice for a lovely trip. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this clean, quiet, safe and well-cared for property - and the owner clearly takes every effort to ensure your stay is excellent.
