About this apartment rental
3-star apartment, ideal for 2 people but possible for 4 people. Warm and bright in a small residence, breathtaking view of the golf course in a private domain. T2 of 40m2 + terrace of 12m2 facing south in the open air + outdoor parking space. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, with swimming pool (from June-September), ping-pong table, shaded petanque court. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, large oven, microwave oven, induction hob, hood, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle, quality crockery, large screen TV. In the bedroom quality bedding in 160x200m (Merino mattress 25cm thick, K.Lagerfeld duvet, JL Scherrer pillows) and built-in cupboard. Sofa bed in 1.40m. Equipped terrace, free Wifi. Separate toilet. You can do everything on foot. 800m from the shops, marina, beach, coastal path, 400m from the main entrance of the golf course, 1.5km from the city center, SNCF station 3km away. All activities are close so that everyone can make the most of their holidays. In a quiet and green environment. For cleaning, in order to guarantee you an impeccable cleanliness of the apartment, I take a cleaning fee of 50€. Bed linen and toiletries possible for rent. For a rental from October to May (depending on the temperature of the moment) a flat rate of 8€ per day for heating is to be added. For the tranquility of holidaymakers, parties are not allowed. Security deposit of 500€ by check, cash or bank transfer on your arrival and then given back on your departure if everything is in order in the apartment. Companies are not allowed.

Spent 3 nights at this amazing property right next to the golf course. 2nd floor apartment in immaculate condition with a great pool within the complex just out the back of the apartment block. Town is a short 10-15 minute walk, supermarkets 5-10 minute walk, awesome beaches 10-15 minutes in a car - can’t really think of anything negative to say at all. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
