Placed in a century-old building totally renovated in 2019, keeping the old facade, experience upscale comfort in Breiner, a traditional street of the Art District of Porto, surrounded by galleries, cafes, trendy shops and restaurants.
An entire apartment with a fully equipped modern kitchen, stylish living room and bedroom, a splendid terrace and a garage.
The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details and high-end custom made furniture signed by the Interior Design company- Mundos Perdidos.
Bedding and Towels are of high quality of the well-known Portuguese brand- Piubelle.
Bath amenities are from the lovely Portuguese company- Lousani.
On the 3rd floor with 70m2 (lift in the building) for 1- 4 people with a bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchenette, 1 bathroom and a great terrace.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washer, fridge, coffee maker, oven and stove, toaster, kettle, ...).
There is free Air Conditioning, Cable TV and WIFI.
