The apartment, the result of a restoration that brought to light the original terracotta floor (16th century) and the decorated ceiling (19th century), is located within Florence’s city walls near Porta San Frediano. It overlooks the typical street leading into the city center, lined with artists’ studios and artisan workshops: BORGO SAN FREDIANO, “THE COOLEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE WORLD” according to LONELY PLANET. The accommodation consists of:
- an entryway,
- a living room with two windows, featuring a kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa bed for two
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on a loft (recommended only for children)
- a bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
The two-room apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator and freezer, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and a washer and dryer.
Suitable for two to four people, plus a fifth bed on the loft for children.
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.

Available upon request, subject to availability: a crib for infants and an iron.
The reservation for 2 people includes only the double bed: if you also wish to have the sofa bed made up, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. For 3 or more people, the additional cost is already included in the reservation.
Children up to 3 years old can stay for free in their parents’ bed. If you would like a crib, there is an additional charge of 20 euros.
At check-in, guests will be asked to present identification for the mandatory reporting of their information to the Florence Police Headquarters.

Great stay! Perfect location. Spacious apartment. Only 1 complaint- Bathroom sink was clogged and unusable when we arrived and was not fixed our entire stay even though we informed host day one. We were forced to use only the kitchen sink for all bathroom sink needs.
