A beautiful, bright apartment in an older building—a 1-room apartment (35 square meters) that has everything you could want. The Neisse River, the border, the university, the city park, shopping, and the Old Town are all within walking distance. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there’s a cozy, functional kitchen with a PREMIUM microwave and induction cooktop. Large king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a new mattress—perfect for lounging. VODAFONE cable with 100 Mbit/s makes streaming, watching TV, and working a pleasure. Spa-like bathroom with a bathtub! Dogs and additional guests (max 4) allowed upon request!
