3 bed, 2 full bath, 2nd floor end unit at Riverfront Condo. 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain. When done skiing in the winter or , hiking in the summer, build yourself a fire, pour yourself a drink and relax. Wake up to the sight and sound of the river just outside your bedroom window.

Excellent property - would highly recommend staying here! The unit is exactly as advertised, very clean, and in a great location. Gorgeous river right off the deck, nice size washer and dryer in unit, and lots to do in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Kirk’s place is wonderful for a quiet relaxing vacation. Close to the Flume, Lost River, Clark’s Trading Post and multiple hiking trails. There are several restaurants nearby and even a small movie theater for a rainy day. The condo has everything you need including a pool. There is also plenty of parking. Definitely a 10/10!

We loved sitting out on the porch, listening to the water. He even supplied blankets for us to use since it was a little bit chilly in the fall air. The property was easy to find and close to all of the things we wanted to see in the white mountains.
