Come stay at our newly renovated condo! Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge where everything is easy access. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the 5th building at Mtn View Condos is the perfect size to accommodate your family and their needs. Spend afternoons relaxing by 1 of the two pools before hitting a night out on the town. Conveniently located adjacent to tower 5 Mtn. View Condos offers a nice place ground with fun activities for the kids, like corn hole, volleyball, and play equipment. Directly across from the unit is a walking track where you can enjoy exercise or strolling your children while in a nature setting. Our condo offers cable tv in every bedroom , free WIFI, gas fireplace, along with a fully stocked kitchen when you want stay in.

This property is exactly as advised in the listing. It is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The neighborhood is set back off the main road so it’s quiet but you can easily get to any of food, shopping or outdoor adventures you’re looking for. The host was fantastic to work with and communication was clear and easy. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are even carts and an elevator to help you get your luggage from the car to the condo. The back balcony faces the woods so we had a lot of bugs/spiders out there during our stay but thankfully they all stayed outside. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Overall cleanliness, we found the place some what very dirty, inside and outside of condo. I understand it's time of year when turn over is high, but some days should be block off for deep cleaning of property. Yes, i clean house for living and i maybe more critical. These are things that stood out to my family, floors dirty (not being clean underneath beds and living room furniture, found number of items underneath them), blinds inch of dust on all of them, master bedroom shower not being scrubbed (could have been hurt with amount of slipperiness to them) my husband scrubbed it himself so we wouldn't, the shower title is black, pink mold and needs to be scrubbed, not enough towels for a decent size family (glad i brought extra's for us), the door to balcony didnt not lock, master bedroom french doors had black mold all long the top of door (this was bit upsetting when i have astma.and bad allergries), balcony area was.dirty also (a nice sweep or clean up would be nice), and tv's all bedroom wouldnt work (or instruction to how to use them). With all this being said i would hope they to take more pride into the property.
Property self was in a great loctaion and good size for 5 of us, when speaking to hostess were very friendly, and when i contact them about a few things they did offer for housekeeping to come. They did try to fix the problems. With what i had address with them.
Overall i would give the property a 3 out 5. Would be a 5 if these things are addressed.
