Continue into the connected kitchen, living, and dining area, beautifully styled in mid-century modern décor and bright color accents. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes an island with stool seating for morning coffee and brunches. The oval dining table seats six and sits between the living space and kitchen. Unwind on the full-length sofa and comfy accent chairs while watching TV or cozying up by the gas fireplace. When the warm weather beckons, slip out the glass doors to the backyard, which features mountain views and a privacy wall for a peaceful setting. Nice pool and layout of house. Location is convenient as well. The street gets busy, but from the backyard it’s not noticeable. You can hear the traffic in the bedrooms. It usually settles down at night and then starts up again in the morning. Fans available in all the rooms which was nice.

The house is great. The high end artwork and furnishings are aesthetically pleasing and much appreciated. The beds are comfortable. You will hear cars at night being off main road but it wasnt bothersome to us, per se. Bring a noise machine. Pool and firepit lovely, too and well maintained. Sort of a pain to have to coordinate meeting property mgr at house as soon as we arrived to sign paperwork. Never had to do that before. It seems like that could just be done online. They didnt go over anything new that we didnt already have in guide. But it was a quick check in, nonetheless. Also, we noticed a couple things broken or not working for us. And lastly, it was a bit inconvenient to have been left only one roll of papertowels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, (one per bathroom), when we had six adults staying for almost a whole week. papertowelroTPTPsome.

My friends and I stayed at the Blue Martini residence for a mom's weekend away. The house was spectacular! The decor was beautiful, the property was clean, the check in was super easy. The house is located about 5 min outside the main drag of Palm Springs, super convenient location.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars out of 5 is because the house is located on a busy road. 4 lanes, people driving 40 MPH. The bedrooms are located in the front of the house, so at night, it was impossible for us light sleepers to sleep. If this house were located on a quiet street, I would've given 5 stars and stayed here again in a heartbeat. Overall, we did have a great time and I would recommend the property to anyone that isn't bothered by outside noise at night.
