HOA Improvement Notice: The HOA has scheduled various exterior and common-area improvement projects, including balcony and corridor waterproofing, beginning in the second week of September and continuing through early April 2027. Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
As part of this work, the balcony/patio for this unit will not be accessible from October 15 through November 14. Outside of these dates, the balcony is expected to remain accessible.
Guests may notice construction activity or occasional noise and dust in other areas of the property during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as the HOA completes these property improvements.

Place was clean, nice, and mostly as pictured… the bathrooms could use some updating just kinda showing its age… we still very much enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Great property overall. Beach view cannot be any better. Small issues upon our arrival. One of the living room chairs was coming apart at the bottom. Screws missing. The trash can lid was not attached to the kitchen trash can. The bedroom light and fan were all on one switch. We had to get on the bed to control the light and fan separately the switch at the door would turn both the light and fan on or off at the same time. The main bed was very comfortable but also high an elderly person would have an issue here. Also the entrance to the patio area had a lip that if you are not paying attention can cause someone to trip and hurt themselves.

Location cannot be beat. It is across the street from the beach. The unit has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Great touch. But bring your own beach towels. The host was easy to reach and responded very quickly to my questions via the app. The apartment was clean and well appointed. My husband and in were there for a music festival (Sound Wave). It was within walking distance. The appliances in the unit were great and all in working order. Fridge with water and ice dispenser was terrific. Washer/dryer unit is great if you have kids or are staying for a longer trip.The 1 one bedroom was perfect for me & my husband. It could work well for a famy of 4 or 5 with younger kids. It would be tight with teenagers. The condo pool is okay. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated. The 2nd pool (fully putdoor) was not. The area around the indoor pool is small and only has chairs, no loungers. There are lounger amd tables with umbrellas by the outdoor pool.I would definitely book this unit again if we come back to Miramar Beach.

We loved our stay and the host was so informative and prompt. We didn’t have any issues, and I never had to ask for help because the info was already at my fingertips. He’s on top of it for sure! Bed was extremely comfortable, and I’m very picky when it comes to that. My kids loved the bunk beds with their own tvs! What a cool feature. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would add or bring yourself would be plastic drink ware.Perfect views from the balcony. Coffee just tastes better relaxing by the ocean. We felt very safe at all times, and the resort was large enough so it never felt crowded or too loud.
