About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! You have the whole house, a front porch to relax on, smokeless firepit & seating, secluded patio out back with pergola, another seating area and a private 7 person hot tub! Bikes and toys for kids, and welcome public access to over a dozen playsets right next door on our sales lot. Play to your heart's content! 2 car garage with level 2 EV charger available.
There are 3 rooms and a full bath on the second floor. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The third room is dual purpose, with a workstation and a futon which could also sleep 2.
There is a 1/2 bath with toilet and sink on the main floor. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a table for 4.
The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and flat screen tv.
There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, and an ironing board and iron upstairs.
There is a detached 2 car garage with 8x7 garage doors which are available for your use, as well as lots of room for additional parking.
We are still working at creating a cozy outdoor patio and dining experience along with a 7 person hot tub, and more amenities to follow!

The business next door has a couple dozen very large kids playsets on display, and you are welcome to try them all out! The parking lot next door also has a free level 2 EV charger that you can plug into.

What an incredible place to stay! They have all of the amenities you can think of...extra towels, toiletries (even toothbrushes!), paper products and coffee that we didn't have to go out and buy in the store, enough laundry detergent to do multiple loads, toys and bikes for the kids...you name it! The entire property was super clean including the hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were super nice and very accommodating during our stay. We couldn't get the grill to work and Jason came over in just minutes to help us. We would recommend anyone to stay here and we are definitely returning when we come back to visit family.

The host provided a wonderful rental for my out of town guests.This modern space had many amenities; the massage chair was an unexpected pleasure! The home was clean, access was very convenient and personal toiletries were neatly laid out in each bedroom.

what a find! we were so happy with this property and the entire experience. we made very happy memories on the Mother’s day weekend. highly recommend this house. Jason was extremely responsive.

My wife and i got away for the weekend. I chose this location because it's less then 30 min away from 2 flea markets and a little less than an hour away to another. It was great coming back after long days of walking around and relaxing in the hot tub or in the massage chair. House felt very homey and clean. We might be back during the summer when the markets are a little busier.
