Downstairs unit offers (1) queen in the main bedroom and (1) double in the second bedroom. Beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and paint. TV service with Sling TV, does not have cable service. WiFi service is included. Updated furnishings and front deck. Large rear yard with patio area for lounging. Charcoal Grill is around back with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. Footsteps to the beach! Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. This property does have a security doorbell at the front door entrance operating 24/7 for security purposes.

The property is as advertised. Close to the beach and easy access to restaurants and nearby shopping. Simple easy walk to the beach and to the pier. A great place to unwind and relax. Clean and tidy place.

The location was perfect with a 3 minute walk to the beach which made a big difference in having our dog. The area and beach are very pet friendly. Chris was very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

We were very happy with this rental. It had everything we typically look for in a vacation rental plus some!
