About this villa rental
In a charming small town, but in a private position, alone on the side hill, a beautiful, bright villa, with a full new air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacy living room, 4 double bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a galery floor with a sofa bed. the perfect place to spend a vecation with friends and family: amazing infinity pool, table football, ping-pong table, a trampoline and many other fun activities. The pizza oven in the garden is waiting for you to bake, and the poolside is waiting for your Prosecco. The villa is surrounded with hiking paths, and in a walking distance to Civitella del lago, with it's bars, shops and breathtaking views over the Corbara lake. 30 minutes to the magnificent town of Orvieto and the majestic town of Todi, and about 1.5 hours drive to Rome.

Our stay at this beautiful home was truly unforgettable. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the stunning view that stretches beyond the refreshing pool, and it was the perfect way to begin each day.The house provided an ideal setting for relaxing with wonderful friends—sharing leisurely meals, evening drinks by the pool, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. As artists, we were inspired to sketch both the landscape and the home, appreciating the beautiful light and thoughtful details that make this place so special. As gardeners, we also appreciated the variety of plants and flowers that surround the property.We loved exploring the nearby villages, especially our dinners in Civita del Lago and the surrounding area, which made each evening memorable. Thank you for sharing your extraordinary home with us. It is a place we will remember fondly, and we hope to return someday.

We were a group of 12 friends and had an unforgettable stay at Anat’s charming Casa Emilia. The villa is beautifully situated on a mountainside in a peaceful little village, offering breathtaking views over the surrounding landscape. Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with antique details, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first moment.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality and seamless communication with our host, Anat. She made everything effortless for us and ensured that our holiday was relaxed and worry-free.Casa Emilia is a wonderful place to stay, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic getaway.

We had a Great stay atvthe house. The pool, garden and surrounding landscape is breathtaking. Very quite, relaxing but also lots of stuff to do if you wanna.Would come back every time!

Nice house with spectacular wievs. Aircondition in all bedrooms. A bit steep driveway down to the house. Very friendly owner to communicate with.
