Dear Vacationers.
To ensure your comfort, we’ve prioritized luxury in our 5-star vacation apartment at
and have come up with quite a few special touches.
For example, the “Franz” vacation apartment features a spacious open-concept living area with a well-designed, custom-built kitchen featuring reclaimed wood and brand-name appliances.
A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, as well as brand-name pots and pans and tableware that matches the design are all available for your use.
The rustic bog oak benches comfortably seat 8 people for a convivial get-together.
The large flat-screen TV provides a wonderful viewing experience on the large corner couch, in the wingback chair, or on the bench by the tiled stove. Indirect lighting in all rooms creates a cozy atmosphere.
Internet access and Wi-Fi are available in the living area and in the bedrooms.
In the spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in, step-free shower, a bathtub, and an infrared sauna, you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
Additionally, the apartment has 2 separate restrooms and 2 additional sinks in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a unique four-poster bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with driftwood.
The barrel vault in the hallway and the cross vault above the kitchen exude a cozy atmosphere. The open living area features an attractive wrought-iron fireplace.
A central vacuum system, underfloor heating, and central heating and ventilation ensure a comfortable indoor climate.
The Franz vacation apartment features two south-facing balconies, from which you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed panoramic view of the Chiemgau Alps. The terrace has space for two lounge chairs as well as a garden set with four chairs and a parasol.
The apartment measures 125 m²
and can accommodate up to 7 people.
We also have a cozy, rustic-style
wellness and sauna area for our guests, complete with a whirlpool tub.
We offer our guests several grills, as well as lounge chairs, garden chairs, a large trampoline, and a ping-pong table.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1 through November 1, and depending on the weather, heating may begin earlier or continue longer. The water temperature during this period is usually above 27°C.
Or take a 65-km bike ride around Lake Chiemsee.
We also provide bicycles for our guests, which you can use free of charge at any time.

We loved it here. Felt just like home. The hosts were awesome and are close buy and always able to help. We will be back and we will tell our friends and anyone who ask that this is the best. The town has everything you need too. People are really friendly. We hope to come back for a full month next time.

Large, clean property with a pool and 10 minutes from the lake. Kiara is a lovely host, very friendly and the property has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There is an infra-red room as well as a sauna - like a personalised spa!The area is also great for sight-seeing, taking ferries to the islands on the lake or just visiting some of the many castles and pretty towns. Highly recommended!

This location was perfect for a stay near Chiemsee. We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly.

The place is simply wonderful. It is clean, bright and wonderfully located at the foot of the Alps. The spacious arrangement of the apartment in alpine decor gave the perfect backdrop for our Bavarian holiday.
Ten thumbs up (since we are a family of 5)!
We only regret not having had more time to enjoy the place.
