La Saleina apartment is ideally located between the Brévent Lift and Chamonix centre, 1 bed, 1 bath, balcony, Mont Blanc views, wifi & parking.
The Space:
With direct access to skiing, climbing and hiking, as well as a short stroll down the hill to the centre of Chamonix itself, the apartment is one of 6 apartments in an old traditional townhouse, and has spectacular views from the lounge and balcony overlooking Chamonix and facing Mont Blanc & the Aiguille du Midi.
The open plan living room is attractively furnished and benefits from a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a large corner sofa (with double sofabed) and armchair in the lounge area. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony too. The kitchen has a full size oven, hob and and fridge freezer, plus Nespresso coffee machine. For entertainment there is a Sony music system with bluetooth connectivity and you can enjoy the full cinema film experience with a projector and screen which is fitted into the ceiling. WiFi internet is provided and there is French & some international TV channels and access to Netflix.
The bedroom has a double bed with open shelving, hanging space and drawers under the bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, & WC, hair dryer plus a washing machine and separate clothes dryer.
Outside there is communal parking for the building (6 spaces). There is a communal ski room or room on the balcony to store your skis.

And a few minutes walk down the hill and you are right in the heart of Chamonix itself where you will find the tourist office, Maison des Guides, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.. The apartment benefits from spectacular views over the town and across to Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi too. To access other areas of the valley, you can catch the bus from the bottom of the hill by the town centre (Arret Chamonix centre).

Great location. The ski lift is nearby and within walking distance. It's a 5-minute walk to the center, and a short walk back up the hill. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of dishes. Small, cozy apartments.

The apartment is good. We were 4 people and probability it is perfect for 2 people. The beds were not so comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing. The apartment is very close to all.

Good appartment 10 minutes walk from centre of town. Only downside we could find was that the bedroom is at street level on a corner and it could be quite noisy in the early hours as people come back home or head off for early starts on the mountain (it was a hot summer week and we had to sleep with the window open - in winter this wouldn't be an issue). The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the only issue being that the bed badly needs a new mattress - when we stayed there was a thin mattress fitted on top of the main mattress and it made the bed very lumpy and uneven.
Two minor points - everything else was great!
