Quaint Cottage on High sits at the end of a quiet dead-end street on four wooded acres, just down the road from the Mast Landing boat launch on Lake Wentworth and minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee and downtown Wolfeboro.
The cottage is comfortable, well stocked, and designed for easy family vacations with Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, a cozy sunroom, electric fireplace, comfortable beds, kitchen essentials, towels, and linens. Outside, enjoy dinner on the deck, evenings around the fire pit, yard games, and plenty of room for kids and dogs to run and play.

Julie and Tom were excellent hosts. The cottage is old and has a few quirks but is comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The location is very convenient for boating, kayaking, and biking with access to Crescent and Wentworth lakes and the rail trail at end of street and downtown Wolfeboro and Winnepsaukee a mile away. We enjoyed our week very much!

A good location be it accessible to all the points of interest in the area. Spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample line space for games with two fire pit areas and a nice gas grill on the back deck. Post was very attentive to our questions and needs. Very accommodating for our dog. We were very comfortable with the air conditioning in light of the oppressive heat through the 4th of July weekend too. Thank you for the stay.

Great, dog friendly property! The host was so sweet and had brownies and dog treats waiting, a sign welcoming us, and a dog bowl of water waiting. We loved being able to walk down the street to the rail trail to walk the dogs. They were clear about asking you to cover furniture if your dogs would be on it, which was helpful to know from the start. Our dogs are spoiled and always on the furniture so it was nice that we didn't have to spend out vacation chasing them off the couch! Well stocked kitchen and great, large backyard.

Our family had the best time staying at this adorable cottage. So much so that we even added an additional night to the end of our stay because we just weren’t ready to leave. The location is perfect- close to downtown while still feeling secluded and the interior is well decorated and very clean. Julie, the host, is kind and you can tell she really cares about your stay and wants to ensure you enjoy her home. We would definitely stay again!
