About this house rental
Unique beach home recently remodeled. New AC unit just installed (May ‘24). Large wrap around deck with swimming pool directly behind the house (pool is shared with a small association in the complex). Owned beach access located directly across West Beach Blvd providing a fast and easy walk to the beach. Located just ten blocks from downtown Gulf Shores where you will find all the shops, stores, restaurants, and festivals. Sleeps seven. King bed in master with queen and twin bunks in second bedroom. Equipped with all new bedding and three Vizio flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. Computer work station with wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. Just bring the groceries, a smile, and have a great stay at Sea & Sun #7! Families with parents present or groups 25 and over only.

Communication between host and myself were excellent. Cottage was in great location with reserved parking right at steps. Beach access was right across the street. We had 4 and it was perfect size, but could most likely accommodate a couple more. I would highly reccomend to others

Directions to location were very helpful. Checking in was easy. Place was clean. Great location, Walking distance to mini grocery store, restaurants and souvenir stores.

Surpassed expectations! The host reached out to us before arrival to touch base. The room was clean, beds were extremely comfy! I accidentally locked us out of the house and the host arrived to get us in within minutes. He was very nice! We loved the room, the amenities and will definitely book again!

The property is cute, but it definitely needs a little TLC. While clean, to be sure, there are major cracks in the flooring leading into the kitchen, the shower heads have quite a bit of build up - little stuff like that. The biggest issue for us was that the doors were not able to be as secure as we would have liked. The door leading off the kitchen was only lockable via the door knob, and that knob was not tightly secured to the door. The front door keypad had a lock, but we couldn't use the existing deadbolt. With a small, sneaky kiddo, we were concerned she might get out accidentally. We ended up changing locations to something a bit more secure because of this, but we think the property is great for families with older kids who might not attempt a jail break. :)
