About this apartment rental
A comfortable apartment located on the first floor of a three-story building without an elevator, housed within the 18th-century Palazzo Manfredini.
With 60 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 6 people with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Private garden and private underground parking space (NOT suitable for large cars or SUVs).
The apartment is located next to the University (Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences Campus). It is also close to the hospital on Viale Giovecca.
The interior layout is as follows:
KITCHEN: kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner stove, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and microwave, TV.
LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed. Split air conditioner.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, two nightstands with lamps, closet.
BEDROOM 2: two single beds, two nightstands with lamps, closet.
BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hair dryer.
OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

BUS: The bus stop is located along Via Mortara.
FROM THE TRAIN: Ferrara Station is a 15-minute ride on bus no. 7.
IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR: We are located outside the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) and have a private underground parking garage (NOT suitable for large vehicles and SUVs).
