Welcome to your Stowe condo, a 5-bedroom, 3-bath unit for up to 13 guests, less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort. In winter you’re minutes from the lifts, Topnotch, and Smugglers’ Notch. In summer, a door off Bedroom 2 opens to the side yard and the West Branch Little River, and Foster’s Swimming Hole is within walking distance. Four free off-street parking spots are included. This is one of five units in the building, so other guests may be staying nearby.

Two-level unit in a 3-floor, 5-unit building in Stowe. Stone steps lead to the main entrance on the Second Floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, living room, sunroom, and Bedroom 1. Interior stairs go down to the First Floor, which holds the other four bedrooms, the playroom, and the laundry, with a door from Bedroom 2 out to the side yard and the river. There’s no elevator on site. Common areas in and around the building may be shared with guests in the other units, and additional units can be rented upon inquiry.

Guest Access:

The unit and building doors have locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Unbeatable year-round location for groups looking to connect with each other and everything this beautiful area has to offer: Across the street from the Matterhorn Bar, less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort and the Stowe Cross Country Center, a 3-minute drive to Topnotch resort, less than a ten-minute drive from Mount Mansfield, Smuggler’s Notch, and Underhill State Park, 10-minute drive to downtown Stowe.



Summer travelers: Scenic Biking/Downhill biking, hiking, and swimming within walking distance from the front door: Ranch Brook is right at the end of the road from us (2-minute walk) - great spot for some fly fishing and casual waterfront time, 10-minute walk (less than half a mile) to the more well known Fosters swimming hole - a summer swimming destination for those that know it!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car. We recommend bringing your own, but the closest car rental services are located in the nearby towns of Burlington and Berlin. We are also just a 3-minute walk to a Free Mountain Road shuttle stop that will take you to Stowe Mountain!

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the unit is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
