This spacious attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our single-family home in Weinheim West and consists of two sun-filled rooms with high-quality furnishings. The bedroom features two double beds (1.60 m and 1.40 m) and a closet. The very large living-dining area is perfect for cooking, working, and relaxing together. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub is tiled in light colors and has everything you could want. In addition, a lovely balcony invites you to relax.

The separate attic apartment is accessed via a shared stairwell in our middle-unit townhouse. The modern living space, with high ceilings and approximately 90 square meters of floor area, conveys a sense of freedom and openness. Here, you can reflect on the day’s experiences and prepare for the day ahead. Our apartment is just as suitable for families as it is for business travelers.

The entire second floor is available to our guests. The apartment is accessed via a shared stairwell in our single-family townhouse. In the stairwell, you’ll pass the closed doors to our living area.
There are plenty of free parking spaces just a few meters away from the house. Please just park on the street.
