About this house rental
The house is located on the Monte Pisano coast, about 200 meters above sea level; from the garden, you can enjoy the view over the valley toward the sea. Well hidden, away from traffic and noise, it is just a few kilometers from all of Tuscany’s most beautiful art cities: Pisa (8 km), Lucca (20 km), Florence and Siena 80 km, and just 10 km from Pisa International Airport, which is easily accessible via the FI.PI.LI. highway in just a few minutes.
The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all modern amenities, yet retains all the characteristics of a traditional Tuscan home: the exposed chestnut beams and joists, the terracotta bricks, and the rustic details have been preserved; the finishes are of the highest quality, and the furniture is antique. Arioso offers a magnificent view of the valley below. Outside, you can enjoy a large garden equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, surrounded by olive trees and aromatic herb bushes for guests’ use. Silence, rural environment close to Volterra, Lucca and beach. Calci itself quiet not too much to do but OK for coffee and pizza.

We have spent one week in April at the appartment. The appartment is small but sufficiently big for one week for four. We had luck with the weather and could stay a lot outside and enjoy the fantastic view from the terrasses on Calci and the surrounding area.
