Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* A bar is directly opposite the building and closes late. Noise from the street and the bar can be heard in the studio for much of the night, and sounds from the other apartments in the building are also audible. Light sleepers or guests looking for quiet evenings may be disturbed.
* The studio has no sofa or armchair: the only seating is the high bar chairs or the bed. Guests who plan to spend time in the apartment or work there will be less comfortable.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, near Bastille, a 5-minute walk from Ledru-Rollin metro station (line 8) and a few minutes from Gare de Lyon by bus, in a 20 m² (215 sq ft) studio with an equipped open kitchen.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Opening hours:
Monday–Sunday: 8 a.m.–11 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Closed on December 25 and January 1
You will automatically receive a code to collect the keys via the booking platform's messaging system.
When you leave, please leave the keys in the apartment.

- No late arrivals will be possible after 10:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and after 9:30 p.m. on Sundays.
