Nicole was excellent with communication! Every question I asked she responded to almost immediately. Thank you! We only stayed one night and it’s a shame because it was absolutely lovely! We would have loved to stay a few more days. It was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and excellent sheets LOL. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. We got a to see a firework show from the balcony that I’m assuming was taking place in Gatlinburg, maybe? It was a wonderful surprise for the evening! The overall property was quiet and clean. The pool was just a short walk from the building. The entire complex was right off the main road and close to everything. Great place. Great location. 10/10. We would absolutely stay here again!
