About this house rental
Just renovated and across the road from Rarotonga’s top snorkeling spot “fruits of Rarotonga” (a marine reserve) is Paere House. An ideal home for all things beachy.
Fruits of Rarotonga boast pristine waters, a deep lagoon (ideal for swimming at all tides) and lots of white sand. Here is also a bus stop there for getting to and fro.
The house is a very roomy high ceilinged two bedroom home and has a excellent covered veranda for outside relaxing and dining. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is open plan and blends into the living area. Off the living area are the two bedrooms.The house is fully screened to keep the mozzies at bay.
The large front yard is ideal for kids of all ages as is the lagoon across the road. Paere is ideal for a family needing to play in the sun and sea.

A telecom wifi hotspot is available at the house, to activate it you must buy by a andquot;datapackandquot; from telecom its about NZ$25.00 for 500mb.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paere House. The living area was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, even including a nutri bullet to make smoothies. There was plenty of linen and towels, including beach towels. Definitely bring earplugs though as the dogs and roosters make a racket at various hours of the night! The snorkelling across the road is very good in terms of the variety of fish to be seen compared to other spots on the island. We would certainly stay again.

Great property, amazing location less than 1 minute from the beach, there was snorkelling gear at the house and the beach was amazing, you can see much incredible marine life!! The house had everything we needed (as a family of 5) and we would highly recommend to anyone who has a family and loves the ocean and beach, with great restaurants nearby for dinner as well!!

Lovely property in an excellent location. Comfy beds with everything you need. Washing machine needed fixing but not a major. You can see the waves from the couch and enjoy great snorkelling across the road. Charlie’s bar and cafe a 5 minute fast walk. Shame we didn’t get to meet Eddie.

5 – ExcellentOur family had the most wonderful stay at Paere House Rarotonga — truly a little piece of paradise and absolute snorkeling heaven!From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and made to feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of and always available online.The location was simply outstanding. The lagoon right in front of the property offered great snorkeling, crystal clear water, vibrant marine life, and easy access made it perfect for our whole family to enjoy every day.The amenities were excellent and very well maintained. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and stress-free stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and the space for our family to unwind together.Paere House exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rarotonga. We look forward to returning in the future!
