The magic of a romantic aperitif or breakfast, to be enjoyed on the terrace of the living area. The apartment offers large spaces, suitable for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a beach holiday or to discover the historic city of Chioggia and its nightclubs, with typical snacks and good prosecco along the canals of the lagoon.
There are two double bedrooms with linen and towels, a third bedroom with two single beds.
A bathroom with bathtub/shower, bidet and toilet, a washing machine at your disposal, courtesy set for intimate hygiene, to give you the right welcome.
The relaxation area designed for those who want to read a good book or spend a moment with friends.
The kitchen, separate room, offers all the accessories and comfort you are looking for.
The living area has a second table with Smart TV and historical books. The terrace, strong point, offers a space to enjoy the immense beauty of the lagoon.
Canal Bellavista is a few meters from the beach of Sottomarina and a few steps from the historic center of Chioggia, the typical fish market, typical of tradition.
Possibility to rent umbrellas and deckchairs on request, for a fee.
The possibility of booking dinners, aperitifs, boat or bike trips, shuttle service to the airport or station.
Check-out will be free of charge until 9:30am. For each additional hour an extra cost of €30 will be charged

City Tax: € 1,60 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights

For arrivals between 00:00 and 07:00 there is a supplement of 80.
A surcharge of 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00.
A fee of 50 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
