About this house rental
There really is something about staying close to the beach.
Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll love this quiet two-story beach home.
We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full-baths. The open floor plan downstairs is great for entertaining, and the over-sized sliding back doors open to a large outdoor deck that is perfect for grilling and relaxing outside after a wonderful day.
Just a short 8-minute walk to beautiful Colonial Acres Beach - a great place to swim, relax and beach comb for shells. We have beach chairs & sand toys for you to use too!
The outdoor shower is perfect to use upon your return. Just down the street are a number of amazing restaurants, the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Skull Island, Whydah Pirate Museum and mini-golf courses.
The home is a short drive to the Hyannisport historic district. You'll find restaurants of all kinds to explore from casual to upscale dining. There are so many shops to explore as you stroll down Main Street and you can visit the JFK and Maritime Museums.
It is also home to the island ferries if you'd like to experience Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.
If you are in the mood to stay in we have a selection of games you can play or some books to snuggle up with. There's also a great hammock that you can take a nap in!

There is a $170 cleaning fee regardless of nights stay due to drastically increased costs on the cape. Most dates in July and August are a strict 7 night stay with Saturday turnover.

Property was as advertised , check in process was very easy and property was clean upon arrival , we love the colonial acres area of Cape Cod and this house had everything we needed for our week long stay , as a guest it really all I want .

We enjoyed our stay! I only wish we had longer to explore Cape Cod, but the home was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Property needs a lot of work. Deck is falling apart and very old. Yard needs lots of landscaping done. Downstairs bedroom has no AC and gets very hot. Very musty smell when we arrived. Also needs pest control - Ants in every room throughout the house. The carpets throughout the house are extremely dirty - need to be replaced.Close to the beach and we enjoyed walking down every day. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. With some time spent on updating and fixing this house up - could be very nice.
