Self-catering cottage next to the owner's house, with a private, unfenced outdoor area.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living/dining room (with a 1.30m sofa bed) and fireplace (wood included). Shower room. Separate WC.
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom with one single bed (90x200cm + a second bed on request) and access to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). Electric heating included. Wi-Fi (via powerline adapter).
If you are bringing a pet, a supplement of €3.50 per day per pet will be charged upon arrival. Welcome to "La Ferme du Huaume", a self-catering cottage in a restored old house, offering beautiful views of the countryside. Your accommodation is located in Saint-Lubin-en-Vergonnois, a small rural village north of Blois, nestled in the Cisse Valley. In the village center, you'll find a bakery/newsagent/tobacconist/grocery store. For food lovers, the owner can recommend some local products.
You can visit many gems of the Loire Valley within a 30-minute drive: the Royal Château of Blois (9 km), the breathtaking Domaine de Chambord, the Château de Cheverny and its Tintin exhibition, the picturesque Château de Talcy, and the magnificent gardens of Chaumont-sur-Loire.
