About this house rental
Luxurious and set in a tranquil location, surrounded by unspoilt nature - if this sounds like your dream holiday, Villa Augusta could be ideal for you! This stunning property has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. At the centre of the outdoor area is the large, inviting pool, which serves as the perfect solution for hot summer days. Soak up the sun by the pool while the kids run around the garden or jump on the trampoline. To take the experience to the next level, there is also a sauna overlooking the pool. If you enjoy al fresco dining, the villa also has a charcoal barbecue, as well as an outdoor dining area. On the open-plan ground floor, which has direct access to the terrace and pool, you will find the cosy living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, while 2 further bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are on the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to make your holiday even more comfortable. Book this beautiful villa and spend a great holiday in Istria! Villa Augusta is located in Folici, a small, beautiful village next to Zminj in Istria. The town of Zminj has always played an important role, thanks to its central location which is easily accessible from all sides. This location is perfect for walks through unspoilt nature, but sports enthusiasts can also go hiking or cycling. Visit the medieval town, see the churches, town walls and towers and enjoy the atmosphere. The oldest festival in Istria is called Brtulja and takes place in Zminj on the last Saturday in August. Take part in the festival and try local products such as cheese and prosciutto. You can also buy handmade toys and souvenirs. No matter where you go, you will be welcomed by the locals. And if you feel like it, the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with beautiful beaches, as well as the biggest tourist towns are just a short drive from the villa.
