About this apartment rental
Both the name and the apartment “Di Füürtoorn” (Frisian for “The Lighthouse”) are special: The location near the beach, right in the heart of the village, is fantastic—it’s just a few meters to the beach, as well as to the bakery, restaurants, and the tranquil Wenningstedt village pond.
You’ll be amazed the moment you step inside your home: a soaring ceiling height of nearly 5 meters creates a fantastic, loft-like living atmosphere. You’ll find plenty of space. The floor plan has been architecturally designed with meticulous attention to detail. Plus: all rooms are on one level.
The design of your home is stylish and features an elegant dark brown/gray/red color scheme, always harmoniously reflecting the home’s name. Original Sylt art by Michael Waldmann adorns the walls and further enhances the wonderful vacation atmosphere. On your sunny south/west-facing balcony, you can stylishly end a Sylt vacation day with a sundowner in hand, or start a summer day with a charming open-air breakfast...
Floor plan:
A luxurious 2-room residence located in a prime spot in Wenningstedt, close to the beach and the village center. Approx. 56 square meters of living space for up to 2 people.
2nd Floor: You’ll love this entryway: Ceiling heights of nearly 5 meters create a truly special living atmosphere. Your spacious living area is beautifully designed, featuring numerous tasteful details and decorations. Your lounge sofa is not only stylish but also highly functional, as it can be adjusted into numerous positions. It’s ideal for relaxing and cuddling or for watching TV on your Sony flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available.
Your dining area, situated beneath the designer pendant lights, blends harmoniously into this impressive space and can even seat up to 4 people. A GIRA flush-mounted radio lets you listen to your favorite iPod music while dining.
The open kitchen island is cleverly separated from the living area by a counter extension. At the same time, the kitchen counter can quickly become the social hub, perfect for enjoying an espresso or latte macchiato. Of course, you’ll find a dishwasher, oven, and microwave in your kitchen.
You can enjoy Sylt’s sunshine to the fullest on your small but charming south/west-facing balcony. High-quality patio furniture can be arranged flexibly (approximately from April to October).
You’ll also feel right at home in your bedroom. Another nice touch here: your cozy bed (180x200 cm, twin beds) not only ensures a restful night’s sleep—you can also choose from different lighting scenarios: Ambient lighting provided by LEDs built into your headboard. LED reading lights for long evenings of reading have also been thoughtfully included. Ample closet space goes without saying, along with a flat-screen TV.
Your bathroom is a small oasis of well-being with a beautiful shower featuring a Raindance showerhead, a toilet, and an elegantly designed vanity unit.
A lovely sauna area with a shower, toilet, and relaxation area is located in the basement of the residence (for use by the entire household). Parking space.
