About this apartment rental
Nantucket is considered one of the most beautiful spots on the American East Coast—and not just by those in the know. This understated luxury and tasteful lifestyle have been thoughtfully incorporated into your vacation home with great attention to detail and executed to perfection.
The fantastic bathroom with an XXL shower, the designer kitchen, and the walk-in closet in the basement are just a few of the details that make this home special.
Floor plan:
A beautiful, high-quality three-room apartment, designed with great attention to detail, in a lovely location in Wenningstedt. Approximately 70 square meters of living space for up to four people on the first floor and basement.
You’ll love this entryway: your bright, high-end living/dining area welcomes you with plenty of natural light. The charming “plantation shutters” adorning the windows let you customize the amount of light and your privacy. Your small but charming southwest-facing terrace, complete with its own large garden area, lets you enjoy the Sylt sun well into the evening hours. Of course, every comfort has been taken into account: a 3D flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a mini hi-fi system with an iPod dock are all included as standard.
Your integrated, luxurious kitchen features a dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven, and an induction cooktop—making cooking a pleasure.
You’ll be greeted by a spacious, beautifully designed room with a box-spring bed (approx. 2x2m, with mattresses in different firmness levels for him and her), ensuring you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Flat-screen TV. Your walk-in closet has plenty of space for your entire vacation wardrobe.
The adjacent bathroom is a dream: with an XXL shower, a beautiful sink, and high-quality materials, you’ll enjoy your little wellness retreat. Another nice touch: you’ll also find a separate guest restroom. Another room features a box-spring bed (which can also be separated into two single beds) (80x200cm) and a flat-screen TV.
A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are also located in your vacation home, and a shared sauna and parking space are included with your stay.
Beach chair available from approximately April through October
