Stay in the exclusive Süderheide Valley—even with a small view of the sea.
Your Dr. Kaiser vacation home is tucked away in the Süderheide Valley, one of Lists’ most exclusive and sought-after locations. The surrounding area is characterized by stylish thatched-roof houses and is far removed from the hustle and bustle and crowds of tourists.
From your cozy garden, it’s just a few steps along a private path to the beautiful beach on the Wadden Sea. By the way, you don’t even need to walk to take it all in—a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea unfolds before you from your upstairs bedroom as well as from the attic area.
Floor plan:
Central section of the house with a thatched roof in the sought-after Süderheidetal valley in List. Approx. 100 square meters of living space on the first floor, upper floor, and attic for up to 5 people.
First floor: Through a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with dune grass, you’ll enter the living area via a small entryway. This area offers plenty of space, a cozy living atmosphere, and is bathed in sunlight thanks to its south-facing orientation. Satellite TV, a mini hi-fi system, high-speed Wi-Fi (via a 250/40 Mbit fiber-optic internet connection) in the house and garden, as well as entertainment via the available smart TVs, are all provided. Your kitchen, newly installed in March 2014, is integrated into the living area.
The wood-burning stove makes your stay cozy and comfortable—not just on colder days. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is also available on the first floor.
Upper floor: On the upper floor, you’ll find a beautiful master bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm). Simply fantastic: your view of the Lister Wadden Sea.
You’ll also find another bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as the second, smaller bedroom with a single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m)—ideal for your child.
Attic: You won’t soon forget the view from the attic’s Velux window—the Wadden Sea is within arm’s reach, and on a clear day, you can see all the way toward the Hindenburgdamm. Here you’ll find a French double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m).
Particularly worth mentioning is the spacious and beautifully secluded, winding garden area—a true paradise for children to hide and romp around in! Your lovely, south-east-facing terrace lets you enjoy the Sylt sun from the comfort of your beach chair. There is also a second terrace area available to you in the garden. Your very own private path to the Wadden Sea and the beach leads through your garden. Once through your lockable gate, it’s just a few steps to the beach access.
