A 2-room apartment located in Westerland’s prime location—close to both the beach and the city center—on the first floor of a stylishly renovated, charming seaside villa. Of course, there’s an elevator to take you up to the first floor. High-quality and very tastefully designed, this apartment offers approximately 61 (!) well-planned square meters of living space, where up to two design-loving Sylt enthusiasts will be welcomed and pampered for a truly wonderful stay in Westerland.

1st Floor:
A very beautiful and high-quality, generously sized living-dining area, cleverly separated by a TV console. Amenities such as a Bose soundbar, VDSL50, and T-Home Entertain are also available here. Numerous windows create a light-filled, cozy atmosphere. Designer furniture and accessories throughout the entire vacation rental. A sunny southwest-facing balcony in the form of a loggia that’s sheltered from the wind (by Sylt standards :-)). High-quality patio furniture is provided, and you won’t even have to do without a beach chair on your balcony. A beautiful view stretching all the way to the imposing Westerland dunes.

Your luxury kitchen, integrated into the space yet visually separate and equipped with an induction stove, offers all the amenities you’ll appreciate—even for more ambitious cooking. A bistro table with two stools is perfect for enjoying your first espresso in the morning or a glass of wine in the kitchen in the evening.
