Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Laurent in Grandvaux, close to all shops, minutes from lakes and ski areas, this brand new cottage is located on the ground floor of a house. Entrance hall with storage well appreciated, large and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, hood, Nespresso machine, toaster, fruit press ...) open to living room and living room with leather sofa, flat screen, stressless for relaxation.
